Shipping & Returns


For security reasons, online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.

All purchases are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. You may request UPS Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air during the check-out process. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, two day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless you choose Saturday delivery. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

In-Store Pickup is available free of charge. If you choose this option upon checkout you will receive notification if the item is available immediately at the store. If it is not, it will be shipped from the warehouse to the store and will be available within 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: ships internationally provided that UPS ships to your destination. Two options are available at checkout, Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited. For orders shipping to Canada, Standard Ground service is also available.

All applicable duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient, and will be billed by the delivering carrier.

SHIPPING RATES: will use live UPS shipping rates for your orders.



POLICY: You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. All monogrammed or personalized items are final sale. reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at's sole discretion.

INSTRUCTIONS: Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment. For your convenience, a UPS postage-paid return label has been provided. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, fill out the enclosed return form, and affix the label to your package. You may also print a copy of the return form below. Returns without our return form enclosed will be refused.

REFUNDS: Returns to are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. There are no refunds on sale items. We will deduct $10 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $10 fee does not apply to exchanges. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at Please note, unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

GIFT RETURNS: Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient.

IN-STORE RETURNS: You may also return or exchange your online purchase at no charge in any of our U.S. boutiques. The original packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at department stores or other wholesale distributors.
